Sharing Dance Older Adults
- Who? Seniors (55 years and older) of all abilities
- What? Dance Classes
- Where? On-demand through an App
- When? Anytime
- Why? To improve overall physical, emotional, and social wellbeing
This is not a dance class but a safe and accessible fitness program with music that engages older adults in meaningful activity that benefits physical, cognitive, and overall health. The sessions are delivered through on-demand videos (via an App) to seniors to participate independently from their own homes. It supports the overall physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of seniors through dance!
